ONE DAY 1-2-1 TUITION
Wanting to improve your landscape photography skills?
Why not join Tony for a full day’s guidance and tuition on location in Dorset. Whatever your level or experience, the 1-2-1 tuition day is tailored to you and your landscape photography. The day can be as intense or relaxed as you wish. Tony is an enthusiastic tutor and very keen to help you step up a level and improve your photography skills. The aim is for you to finish the day having enjoyed the experience, bagged some great photographs of classic Dorset locations and improved your skills to a level that will set you up for the future. Tony is used to teaching and finds it very rewarding watching budding photographers raise their game. Indeed, a number of former 1-2-1 participants are now professional photographers. Tony prides himself on the high level of tuition he gives.
What happens on a 1-2-1 workshop?
We meet at a chosen location at an agreed time. After a briefing, we venture out to a number of locations throughout the day, either into the countryside or onto the popular Jurassic coast (sometimes a combination of both). Either way, Tony’s extensive local knowledge of Dorset comes into its own when choosing suitable locations and the best times to be shooting them. Transport is provided throughout the day, returning you back to your car when we finish. We concentrate on correct camera settings, the importance of good exposure techniques, filtration, good composition and the use of available light. We especially look at your camera kit and how to get the best from it. You are welcome to take notes throughout the day but this may not be necessary as you will receive ‘A Guide to Landscape Photography’, written especially by Tony for workshop participants. Please note participants must be aged 18 or over unless accompanied by an adult. The 1-2-1 tuition days are designed to meet you where you are, whether a beginner or an aspiring professional.

When?
1-2-1 tuition is available from September to July and can be arranged on a day to suit your diary, including weekdays, weekends, and even bank holidays. (Subject to availability). During the winter months (Nov-March), when the days are shorter, it is possible to have an extended workshop shooting from dawn through to dusk and beyond. Option 2
1-2-1 tuition - A Half Day £135.00
(4/5 hours) Available Sept-July.
Option 3
1-2-1 tuition - Extended Day £250.00
(10+ hours) Available Nov-March.
An extended day includes dawn and sunset shoots.
