FITNESS LEVELS

The details below explain the level of fitness required when attending a photography workshop.



Light
Does not involve too much walking to shooting locations. Short and level walks only. No steep inclines.

Moderate
You will require a general level of fitness to get to locations, distances of maybe a half of mile or so - including some inclines and hills.

Moderate Plus
You will require a good level of fitness to get to locations, we may cover distances of a mile or more - including inclines on hills and cliff walks.

Heavy
You will require a strong level of fitness to get to some locations. You may need to cover distances of a mile or more, including steep inclines, steps or rocks. This may also involve high level cliff walks. Heavy, sometimes wet and uneven terrain may be encountered.

Tailored
Fitness required will be based on the individual participant - this is generally on 1-2-1 tuition and bespoke workshops.
